User research summary
Everyone has different experiences, variable ways to support charities and help others, however, the common thought is when helping others is to find charities that are trustable to be able to provide support when an urgent event occurs anywhere in the world. Especially if they are going to help lives outside their country it can be hard to find trustable charities that collect the funds and take the lead for the event to help lives that matter. There can be language issues as well as transparency issues.
Owon should be accessible for everyone that has different language options, transparent with easy access to charity backgrounds, previous works, user reviews, and how they will use the funds.
Pain points
Time&Money: Having enough time and money to support charities.

Takeaways
Impact:
During the design process and usability study, I found out that some parts of the design needed to be updated/changed to make it more useful. Users wanted to have clearer indications after adding items to their cart and be able to see confirmation before paying to avoid any mistakes. Also from any page users should be able to go back to the main page or previous pages.
In the future, the website will be supported with online support and volunteering options.
What I learned:
Throughout the interview and the usability study i found out how others’ thoughts can impact and improve the whole design process. The feedback established that the design project can be a whole new ecosystem with easy to use features and accessibility consideration.
